Temporary Domain in hostgator

i'm new to using this, i need help, I'm using hostgator as the hosting service but if i go to the domain of the ticketing system, it gives me the temporary domain instead like this one http://gator3259.temp.domains/

any suggestions and help is much appreciated

Contact your hosting provider for further assistance. You need to create an A record pointing your custom domain to the ip of the web server. Then you need to configure your web server to point to the correct directory when visiting the URL.

I'm not sure what you mean.
But did you get hosting for your domain?
Did you set the domain in osTicket to be what you posted?
