Cannot create user, ticket new?

Why can't I create new users and tickets?
Every time I click it, it's a white area,

Check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for related errors.

A white bar of death usually indicates an AJAX error.
Like Kevin said you should consult your error logs for errors and if you need help addressing them post them here and we might be able to assist.

Where logs are saved depends on a number of variables.
Such as OS, version of OS, webserver software, version of webserver software, and/or where the person who setup those up decided to put them.
In short we can't tell you where your logs are.
You can probably google your OS version and webserver software to find out though.
