How do I purge all logs immediately, do I have to do that from the database or do I have to wait 1 month at least

By "logs" I'm assuming you mean Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs? If so you can delete them by clicking Select All then clicking Delete for each page or you can delete all at once by truncating the _syslog table.
