I have a problem with the osTicket menus and submenus!

I'm having a problem with the osTicket menus and submenus, I can't execute practically any function, after trying to place the pt_BR language pack in the calling system that is integrated into my wordpress.
Could you help me, please?

If you uninstall the language pack does the system act normal? If so it may just simply be an issue with the language pack.

KevinTheJedi I uninstalled the language pack in pt_BR and the system returned to normal, it seems that it really is the language pack, but strangely I downloaded it from the official osTicket website.
Do you have a pt_BR language pack that doesn't have a problem?

If you downloaded that directly from the website then no, that’s the latest one. I will add this to the bug sheet.
