Not working when Email in CC

I have implemented OSticket for about 6 months now and all is working as expected.
Recently we had a new user that noticed something we didn't even think about.
When creating a ticket via email, it works great, except when the support email is placed in CC instead of the To field.
I'm trying to determine if there is a setting I've missed or if this is an (un)known issue.

No, as long as it shows up in the configured fetch folder it should be fetched. Unless it was sent from another system email; then it would be rejected due to potential loop. Or unless it was rejected by filter or system settings. Check your system logs to see if it was rejected, unable to be processed, etc.
