I have installed osticket1.75, I added custom fields in the ticket details like building name and floor number. I want to validate the floor number is valid for that building, for example one of the building name say admin block if any one choose this building then the floor number field should have drop down list only floor numbers 1,2,3, for another building name data center, that may has floor numbers from 1 to 7.How can I implement this.
currently I added floor numbers from 1 to 7, but some of my building have only 3 floors and there is a chance to select a 4 floor while raising a ticket( I want to avoid that by validating this).
