Look at the CSS styling. You’ll notice it has explicit CSS styling to hide the content. You will need to remove such styling before sending the email:

style="display: none; mso-hide: all; width: 0px; height: 0px; max-width: 0px; max-height: 0px; font-size: 0px; line-height: 0px; color: white; text-decoration: none;"

would that have been coming from osticket with the intial response . since in gmail i am just hitting reply.
where in osticket files would i change this.

No, osTicket does not add this styling. When you click reply in gmail it should not auto-add any styling from the previous email. It should be a fresh new reply with your own styling.

Maybe the receiving mail server is adding this styling or something?

I reviewed the styling again and see this specific part mso-hide: all; which leads me to believe that your receiving mailserver (presumably O365) is adding this styling itself.

osTicket does NOT modify the email content of any email within your mailbox; only within osTicket itself.

after looking into this, i do find yes o365 seems to add this. i can not for the life of me find where or how. i turned off any mail rules etc. But shouldn't the MSO styling only apply to the outlook \ office applications when message is being displayed by office apps , other mail clients ignore it from what i was reading. Is there a way for me to have OSticket ignore this? or by chance do you know how to prevent o365 exchange from doing this for an address. I have a request in with MS already but wanted to see if there is some alternatives as i never and good luck with MS support.

I do not know of a way to stop this from occurring unfortunately. osTicket can't ignore it as we fetch the raw email content via IMAP/POP and that's what we get from the mailserver directly.
