When I edit ticket details or post a reply and enter the characters '<a' they disappeared after create ticket or post reply and are not visible in the thread, the attempt '< a' so with space between it is saved, I suspect <a is as html tag interpreted, possibly as incomplete <a href="">, is there a way to save all characters not as html, for example as preformatted text?
