No, there will be no problems with osTicket. The only problems you can expect are when moving XAMPP. Think of osTicket as an engine in a car. The car is XAMPP. The question you are asking is: Will the engine work if I park the car in another garage?

As long as the entirety of the MySQL files and data are moved then it should be fine. I believe XAMPP is a self-contained package so if you migrate all of XAMPP everything should be fine.
