KevinTheJedi Does it means that unauthenticate user has got access and able to work on Ticket. I am facing problem basically where Ticket assigned to me are different and showing different while clicking on "Assigned to Me" queue.
Also the user name Shows on top Right panel is different, but click on Profile then user name shows different.
Not able to update the tickets few times and sometimes its working fine.

Not able to understand whats the issue. We have cleared cookies and cache from browser multiple time, but not resolved.
Clicking on Logout also on Top Right, not logging out the application sometime.
