Login to database, go to your _config
table, look for where key = 'force_https'
, and clear out the value (to be completely empty). This is only necessary if you've enabled the "Force HTTPS" setting in your existing osTicket installation (Admin Panel > Settings > System). If you have not you will not need to worry about this.
If you still have access to the existing install UI then you can avoid the above and simply login, go to Admin Panel > Settings > System, and uncheck (disable) the Force HTTPS option.
