HWe are using osTicket 1.17.4, and we have some problems uploading attachments to the tickets. The agent uploads the files and sends them to the customer, but in reality, the files are not attached. The second time the agent attaches the files, everything works correctly.
Initially, I thought that the problem was with the agent, but this issue has been reported by other agents across several tickets.
I didn't see any errors in the PHP logs or in the system logs inside osTicket.
The problem is not related to the maximum upload size, as the files are small, and on the second attempt, they are sent correctly.
How can I check where the problem is?
