Como puedo pasar un usuario que se registro inicialmente como usuario pasar a que sea AGENTE

    Users and Agents are completely separate in osTicket. This means you cannot make a User account an Agent account or vice versa. Instead, you have to create a brand new Agent account and use the same details as the User (if needed). Go to Admin Panel > Agents > Agents, click Add New Agent, fill out the information, and click Save Changes.
