Is there a way to create a unique email address like customercare-42342-321312-31231-133@mydomain.com so that the customers can interact with that unique email for their corresponding ticket? It would be much better than only relying on the #ticket-number in the subject field which goes mainly to the same address for all customers

    Not at this time, no. We match incoming emails to existing Tickets based on the following (in this specific order):

    • In-Reply-To Headers
    • References Headers
    • Message-ID Headers
    • Ticket Number in the Subject
