Due Date Not Visible on Few Tickets. I have gone through the below thread already. However Need to understand when due Date or SLA due date is being cleared and any specific reason the system was designed that way. We need to track as how many tickets are closed within DUE date and we are unable to do the same at our end if there is any other resolution for this problem, kindly suggest.

      KevinTheJedi I have again read the comment and understood as we are closing the ticket then system check and set Due Date / estDue date blank if these two Dates are older than NOW.

      My problem remains same as I need to know that how many tickets are delayed by how many days when it was closed, if anyone can suggest the solution for this.
