Phone number field is no where to be seen?
This is regardless whether the field is required or not?

The phone number will not appear in the Ticket header and there is no way to change this unless you modify the codebase. To see the phone number you have to click the User's name and it will show a popup with the User's information.

If you would like to re-add the phone number there its pretty easy to do.
There is a PR over at github to re-add it. (Yes I wrote it)
