Hi, there is a way to reply to a ticket using the same entry email.

I have multiple emails, where osticket takes over the "email" ticket.
However, when I have to reply to the ticket from osticket, automatically and rightly, he always replies outgoing, with the default email set.
Is there a solution to automatically reply to the ticket, with the same incoming email used to accept the ticket?

Yes, simply go to the Department (Admin Panel > Agents > Departments > click the Department), set the Outgoing Email to the desired email, Save Changes, and voila.
