So I have created a new User on osTicket, But it seems like same as last time "Access denied".

Can you show a screenshot of that User's _user_account record from the database?

I can't see that account details under _user_account but I can see on _user

That doesn't make sense if they are able to login then they have an account. Look for where _user_account.user_id equals the ID of the User.

You don’t want to blow up another person's thread when you don't know for certain that your issue is due to the same root cause. We don’t know what your issue is so how do you know you have the same issue? You may not be able to login like them but that doesn’t mean you are both facing the same issue.

Hi Kevin, I have been trying to get OS-Ticket to work again, and following what you said I have decided to try using a new LDAP user, however, when I try to log in I am asked to create an account and when I try to do so filling the form including email address I get this error message "Unable to register account. See messages below." error" It does not show any error so I am unable to proceed

There are 4 different places we return that error when creating a User account:

You can debug at each point to see where the error is being returned. Then, from there you can debug what is causing the failure.

As I can't debug this code, I'm planning to install oauth plugin in my current osticket (1.14.2). Is that possible?
If so could you please help me with the link to download?

No, you have to upgrade to 1.17.x or 1.18.x to use OAuth2.

If you are using PHP 8.2 and v1.18.1 you will want to unpack the latest LDAP plugin (for 1.18.x) and replace the existing /path/to/osTicket/include/plugins/auth-ldap/include/Net folder with the latest release from the pear/Net_LDAP2 GitHub:

https://github.com/pear/Net_LDAP2/tree/v2.3.0

Note:
This package will be updated in the next LDAP Plugin release. The fix above should only be temporary until it's included with the core plugin next release.
