1.17.5 - Missing Indizes in MariaDB

Hello,

after updating from 1.17.4 to 1.17.5, we could no longer save attachments.
After searching i found at least, that the Indizes in MariaDB in some Tables are missing.

since i'm not so profound in SQL and MariaDB, how can i restore the Indizes?

That looks like phpMyAdmin which is not a good tool at all. So this could just be an issue with the tool itself. Can you show the table structure? In phpMyAdmin it looks like you can click on the table name (in this case click the ost_attachment table) and click the Structure tab. Post a screenshot of that tab here and we can see if it has an INDEX or not.

yes, it is phpmyadmin. i run osticket on synology nas and it's the thing that is installed.
here is the picture after the upgrade:

i have setup another instance with the backup to look for differences. The original problem is, that we cant add attachments anymore to tickets since the update from 1.17.4 to 1.17.5.

and this was it befor:

at the moment, i try to not roll back because of the changes that have taken place on the tickets in the 5 days since the problem.

An upgrade from v1.17.4 to v1.17.5 will not touch the database so something else must’ve happened. You can look at your MySQL logs to see if it has anything pertinent.

As far as not being able to add attachments, what’s the error you are experiencing?

I see you have a UI mod. Please test this on a vanilla instance of osTicket (with no mods) and see if you get the same issue. This will rule out whether it’s the mod or truly the system/db.

You should also pull up the browser's developer tools, click the Network tab, click Preserve Logs, make an upload, click on the request that was made, and click the Response tab to see what the response is from the upload.

thanks for the help so far, but i had now decided to make an rollback befor the update from the daily synology backup. it all works fine again now and i just need to add the missing tickets again from 1 Week.
