yes, it is phpmyadmin. i run osticket on synology nas and it's the thing that is installed.

i have setup another instance with the backup to look for differences. The original problem is, that we cant add attachments anymore to tickets since the update from 1.17.4 to 1.17.5.

at the moment, i try to not roll back because of the changes that have taken place on the tickets in the 5 days since the problem.
