Good morning,

On our newly installed ticket management site, we have an ajax error (GET https://support.mysite.com/ajax.php/i18n/fr/js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found))

date.timezone variable is empty.

How to resolve the problem?

    Please read the requirements before installing osTicket. You are using NGINX which is not supported out of the box. You will either need to search this Forum for older posts that include custom NGINX configs or use the default recipe from NGINX website. The recommended option is to switch to an actual supported webserver (ie. Apache, LiteSpeed, or IIS).
