Can you please share a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information? Also, are you saying if you check that box the column does not appear in the Export but if you uncheck it it does show in the export? If so, that doesn't really make sense. Try clearing the site cookies and cache, re-login, and retest.
