Task department is showing incorrect department (Language pack issue?)

Hi.
I was having issues with the categories under "Tasks". When using Danish, the category will show "Børneaktiviteter" eventhough this category is disabled, and the tasks are assigned to different departments.

We have narrowed it down to be an issue with the language pack. Or at least, when I uninstall the language pack, the categories shows correct.

Here is system info, and below that the error.

This is with the danish language pack.

And correct when the language pack is uninstalled.

Any ideas why this can happen?

You need to go each Department (Admin Panel > Agents > Department > click a Department), click the flag/globe icon on the Name field, select your language (in this case Danish), add a proper translated name, and Save. Then when you use Danish the Departments should be properly translated.

Hi Kevin. I have already tried that to no avail. I will give it another go and see if it helps after removing the language pack.

Can you post a screenshot of the records in your _translation table in your database?

Never mind, I found the issue. It was actually with the codebase. Here is a patch to rectify this issue:
