DB Error

Hello- I recently started receiving the following DB error when new tickets are created. I believe this may have started around the time that I added a few custom fields for users, but I am not sure what I did wrong. Thank you.

First, go to Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Ticket Details Form, add unique Variable names to all fields that don’t already have one, and Save Changes. Next, login to the database and complete delete (DROP) the _ticket__cdata table. Finally, run the cron command (eg. /path/to/php /path/to/osTicket/api/cron.php) via the server's CLI over and over until the table is recreated and fully repopulated with data.
