Hi Everyone, Hope you are doing well I have problem with text direction in osticket v1.18 (724de45), I want to write Farsi Language in text area the default direction is LRT how to change it to RT? thanks for your response

You will need to modify the codebase. You can search for where we set text direction for redactor.

You could also install a language pack where the language is RTL (Right to Left) like Arabic for example. Then when you set your Agent Profile to use this language by default the editor should be RTL by default as well.
