osTicket v1.18: Access Denied error after fresh install

Hello,

I have an issue with fresh install of osTicket v1.18 (same as v1.17.4):

once I complete the installation (remove the /setup/ directory and change the permission of ost-config.php to 0644), I'm trying to sign in using the details provided during the setup (which I copy-paste into the form) and keep getting this error "Access Denied".

Already tried on shared hosting and VDS, v1.18 and v1.17.4 (with PHP versions 8.0-8.2) - it's just the same. What am I missing?

Turned on apache logs, but they don't show much.

Please help.

You are logging in as a User; not an Agent. To login as an Agent click where it says "I'm an agent - sign in here".

Having issue with user login agents can login.
