How to Edit auth-ldap.phar ?

I want to edit auth-ldap.phar file to fetch more attribute from ldap like office and job title.

You don't, you unpack the PHAR, make the needed changes, and repackage the PHAR. Or you can clone the plugin repo, make needed changes, and build a plugin yourself using the CLI commands. There are many posts on this Forum that explain both options.
