Hi everyone.
I have a problem sending emails. I set Microsoft OAuth2 authentication for Office 365 on two different mail boxes. Everything ok, diagnostic works correctly I can send an email without problems. If I open an ticket via mail from within the domain everything works fine, but if I open an ticket using an external email, the user doesn't get the email back. The flags 'Accept mail from strangers' is enabled . I'm using the cloud version. Thank you all
