We are using version osticket 1.18 with the latest LADP Authentication and HTTP passthru plugins.
All the logins (client and staff) are (finally) working without having to entering credentials.
When registering a new user the lookup finds the user in the domain and autocompletes the Email Address and Full Name field:
But when trying to register the user, after selecting the Authentication Sources as Active Directory or LDAP the Username field gets autocompleted with the email address, instead of the AD username.
Isn't it supposed to get the username from the AD ?
On the Staff management everything is running ok because I can add a new Agent by username:
