The plugin is not the cause. You probably don’t have SSL or something. You’d have to see if it shows a detailed reason. My osTicket + OAuth2 does not do this so something is wrong with your setup.

This sounds like a false positive or confirmation bias. (ie someone did x, and then y happened so they must be related)
Google safe browsing has nothing to do with you running a plugin on an osticket instance. More than likely someone reported your site for phishing to google and you need to appeal the result.
