Just thought I’d come back to this and provide a little more information for you or anyone reading this in the future. You can make pretty much any column have the ability to hover and Preview the Ticket. To accomplish this go to Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Queues, select a Queue, click Columns, and click Config next to any column. From there you can set the Filter to Ticket Link with Preview and click Save. Moving forward the data in that column will be a link to the Ticket and will also show the Ticket Preview if you hover over it (acting exactly as the default behavior of the Ticket Number column).
Just thought I’d add this interesting little fun fact in case anyone was curious.
