Hi, my installation:
When i try to sort the ticket by the assignee field ("Assegnatario"), all the records in the table disappear. Sorting on other fields works correctly. You can verify?

Always upgrade to the latest version and retest before posting. v1.17.2 is no longer supported; but v1.17.4/v1.18 is.
