Paste Images error

Hello,
we have the problem like reported in this issue:

I Upgrade to the latest 1.17.4 but seem not solve the problem.
The problem is report from 1 or 2 users .
Is difficult to reproduce.
Seems like if you open a ticket paste an image and click submit very quickly.

That’s a completely different thing. Could you have the Users experiencing this try with a completely different browser and/or device? Often times the browser and/or device is the cause of such issues.

we have the same problem. The image paste has always worked but lately, for no apparent reason (no configuration change or anything else) the images are no longer pasted, or rather if the images are copied from an email they are not pasted but if the tool used is windows capture pasting is possible. Lately the anomaly relating to the FAQ has also occurred, when inserting images they are regularly pasted, if we modify the FAQ the images no longer appear (even if they are always present).

How can we diagnose the problem ?

For the pasting images issue you'll just have to debug as I cannot replicate this.
