"Select" selects an existing Collaborator that’s Disabled. You see, you can Disable any Collaborator which just removes them from subsequent Replies (ie. doesn’t add them to the CC on the outgoing Replies but keeps them available to easily re-enable later). So "Select" allows you to select a Disabled Collaborator to Enable them which subsequently adds them to the Replies moving forward.
"Add New" allows you to lookup an existing User or to create a new User and add them as a Collaborator on the Ticket.
