Will the language pack be updated with the next version?
Yes, of course.
When I install osTicket with a language pack there is no more 500 error but in backend a database error.
Care to share the language pack you are trying to install with and the errors it throws so we can look into it?
Will the remaining milestones be included in this version?
No, we've explained many times on many different threads (on here and Github) that we are not making any major changes to current (legacy) codebase. We are working on v2.0 so current codebase is only receiving mandatory dependency updates as well as maintenance and security releases.
