I noticed a while back that when logging a new ticket some users' names have (remote) following their address as well as a version with the same address that doesn't have (remote) after it. As our helpdesk is used for internal support and client support some users have both agent and user accounts on the system. Would I be correct in guessing that the user appears twice in the user picker list because of this and that (remote) refers to how they are authenticated (eg with LDAP)?? Just want to make sure I'm right before anyone asks me for a definitive answer.
