HTM Page Update the Support Ticket System Page

I want to add some styling on the support Ticket system page just want to add a background image and update the colors and icons

Where I can locate this html file ?.. I checked on localhost/osticket_servicedesk/index, I cannot locate the file

please help

Well there is an outer container then there is the page content. The page content can be easily modified under Admin Panel > Manage > Pages > Landing Page.

As far as the styling for the outer container you are looking at the right file. This also includes other templates so look at those files too. You’ll also need to look at the CSS files that are included in the templates.
