Emails not being fetched

For some reason emails are not being fetched into osTicket, but I'm not getting any errors anywhere. All the email settings are accurate, outgoing email works fine, but there's nothing coming in. I've enabled debug logging, nothing showing up there.

Not sure where else to look. Any log files I can look at (running CentOS 7)? Any ideas? Thanks

Do ya'll have a cron job running successfully? If you set your Default Log Level to DEBUG and cron executes you will see "Cron Job" entries in the System Logs. If you don't have a cron job then the system will not fetch on a schedule but rather only when Agents are logged in and doing activities.

Are you using OAuth2 for Authentication? If so, is the OAuth2 token expired?

Are you able to save changes on the Remote Mailbox tab?

Hey, just curious what host are you using for email?

I'm using outlook.office365.com for IMAP and am experiencing what sounds very similar to you. It was working perfectly fine and then suddenly stopped sometime earlier this week.

Apologies for hijacking this thread a bit...

My cron job is running successfully. Additionally, executing api/cron.php manually in the server does not retrieve emails nor result in any errors.
Yes I'm using OAuth2. No, the token is not expired. I can see in the email auth config that the token is being refreshed and valid.
Attempting to save changes on the Remote Mailbox I've already set up and was previously working results in a 'cannot select INBOX, is this a valid transport?' message.

I went through and searched some other advice on the forums and consulted my Active Directory admin, and he verified IMAP permissions somehow got switched off for the account being used. Turned it back on and everything started working again. Hope this helps the OP.

There is a requirement, if user sent an email to particular email id then it will create as a ticket in Osticket tool.
I have done all the setup like creating cron job, API (this should be webserver or db server? ). I applied all the azure values like return URL, client id and client key and other information also.

But i am not receiving any email and not creating ticket. please any help. what i am missing

I have upgraded osticket version to 1.17.3. and I have installed OAuth2 plugin and enabled. also I have done email configuration. We have done all the setup like creating cron job. But While sending an email through outlook, it is not creating ticket. Can you have any suggestions.
