Is there a way or an option for a user to put in a ticket and then at the end when they submit it to get the option to create another ticket the same ? i.e we have managers that put in HR or Holiday requests for their staff in one go so they might have say 10 holiday request tickets to put in and a lot of the fields they need to fill in are the same so they'd like to fill one in for Joe Bloggs with all the information and submit it but be given the option to create a ticket with the same details but then be able to edit just the name and dates for example so it'll essentially duplicate the ticket with a new ticket number and allow them to edit it to create a new ticket that is 95% the same as the last ?
