Authentication field for Remote and outgoing(SMTP) under Emails tab, What password to use or where I can generate the password for my email address
I am using office 365 and I don't know where to locate the password

That would normally be the password for the email address you are configuring. However, with O365 you must now use Modern Authentication (OAuth2). Here are the docs:
