Help topic issue

When we trying to create new ticket & choosing help topic the filed design show.
In order to show the field in the help topic, we must press enter button in the subject field & page reload help topic.
We tried to clear history, cookies, changing the browser also check another computer,
Waiting your soonest reply.

The problem doesn't appear to be the help topic... it appears to be the text field.

could you please explain more regarding the text field

we tried disabling the text field, and the problem still appears

this problem is in some computers

does having Core i3 might cause issues like that ?

if you only have this problem on some machines and not others. It would stand to reason that the problem is the computers.
