Version osTicket (v1.11), I am helping someone to upgrade this. Currently, they are facing this error. I cant figure out. It cant be some code issue. I suspect due to PHP version or any configuration-related issue. php 7.4 is used here.

    Have you updated the code yet? v1.11 did not support PHP 7.4 so that will not work. Also, you will need PHP 8.1-8.2 for the latest version of osTicket (v1.18).

      I haven't updated the code. Since I think updating to the latest might break, I wanted to make sure I could view all settings page. Since the existing installation is breaking, the code is still old. I want resolve the issue with old version before I migrate. What is the recommended version of php version for osTicket (v1.11) ?
