Hi,
I am using version - osTicket (1.18-git)

Fatal error: Declaration of RadioWidget::getJsValueGetter() must be compatible with Widget::getJsValueGetter($id = '%s') in /www/osticket/include/plugins/field-radiobuttons/radiobuttons.php on line 300

We use this plugin a lot, what modifications are needed in the code to get it running ?

That is a 3rd party plugin which we do not support. You will need to contact the modder directly for further assistance.

Thanks for your reply. Any idea, of having the radio button added to core OSTicket itself ?

Not in the current state of the code. We are working on a full rewrite so current (legacy) codebase is only getting maintenance updates moving forward.
