I'm running OSTicket 1.18 and was wondering if anybody knows of a plugin that will allow techs to email replies instead of going to the portal? I've seen plugins for 1.17, but I can't get those to work on 1.18. Thanks
There is no plugin that I am aware of that allows this. You would have modify the code to achieve that.
