Bug? Filter doesnt select properly.

Hi,

After checking the update to version 1.18.x, we noticed that there seems to be a problem with the filter function.

We have a department form in the ticket creation interface where the user can select the department they want to message. In the filter settings, we use this variable and select the department via the "equal" selection.
So its "Department Field - equal - Department Name" --> Set Department

However, it doesn't work. Sometimes the filter selects nothing, and the next time it selects the wrong department.

Can anyone confirm this behavior? We also tried a new installation and this error persists.

Tested with: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, apache2 and PHP8.1 and 8.2 (both tested)

I also bet you are filtering on the wrong Department field. You most likely have a custom Department field that you need to filter on instead.

This is not something that I have tried to do, and I do not have a test site to test it on currently.
But I wanted to ask why you would want to let users select the department?
In my experience most end users don't need to do this, and/or wont do it right.
