Not showing ticket preview when printing

I have been running A very old version of osTicket where i was able to view and print tickets. Now i have installed a brand new version (not upgrade) and now every time i want to print a ticket, it just saves the ticket as PDF instead of a printpreview. Any way to change this ?

You can install a browser extension that previews PDFs before they are saved.

Yes, unless you modify the code. We did this for security and best practice reasons. If you want to modify the code you must either pass a disposition of "inline" to the Http::download method or default the disposition to "inline".

But i don't know what you mean by this: you must either pass a disposition of "inline" to the Http::download method or default the disposition to "inline".

In other words i am clueless with this fix

You can look at the code to see what I mean. Simply search Http::download and you'll see many references. Just locate the one used for PDFs and then follow the instructions.
