I have a ticket that is not assigned to anyone or group but I am unable to resolve it or delete it.
I did verify that I have correct permissions. It is just this one ticket. all other ones work fine

What Department is this Ticket under? And do you have Access to that Department?

I am administrator. Department is Construction and I have Amin riole access to that.
It is like it is hosed in the database.
If you click on the Ticket to view it do you see any required fields or any messages/errors?

No errors, the only thing that looks different is that the button bar only had three options instead of more options. All I can do is mark as answered/unanswered.
Ah then you are Referred to that Ticket. If you are Referred to a Ticket you cannot perform normal actions such as deletion. This responsibility falls to the Department, Agent, and/or Team the Ticket is actually assigned to.

That is the problem, if you look at the ticket, it is not assigned to anyone. As the System Admin, i should be able to delete it. I am a member of all groups.
It does not allow me to assign it to ayone. Thank you for your help with this BTW...
Someone from the Dispatch Department must delete the Ticket. If you are already in the Dispatch Department then your Role for that Department doesn’t allow Deletion, etc.
It doesn’t matter if you are admin or not, Ticket actions are controlled by Department Access and the Role you have for that Department or Team/direct Assignment.

Kevin you are the man! That worked. I totally did not see that it was assigned to dispatch.
I added delete to dispatch and was able to delete that.
