Dockerized osTicket has a problem with remember email passwords

I have an dockerized osTicket which previously was an standalone installation (version 1.10) but after few years I decided to upgrade it and move to docker container.

Upgrade through all version was go succesfully but now I have problem with losing email passwords for all of my e-mail boxes. After each restart docker container I need to provide passwords to both of my configured email box. So question is, where osTicket save e-mail credentials, maybe I need set something to be persistent.

In the database. Depends on what version though. Before 1.17.x it’s in the email table but in/after 1.17.x it’s in the config table.

I still faced problem. Each time when i restart container I have to reconfigure e-mail accounts and provide password to it because osTicket lose it. If passwords/configuration of email are stored in DB why this happening ?

No idea, we don’t have a docker container nor do we even use docker so we can’t really say why. If you install osTicket on a normal server/vm this does not happen.

Maybe you need to persist the db?
