Create a ticket filter that matches the email domain or whatever criteria then set the action to reject the ticket.

Re-reading this it’s a little confusing so I’ll reword it. Set the Filter Criteria to User / Email Address > Does Not Contain > @wanteddomain.tld then set the Filter Action to Reject Ticket.
We have no set release date at this time.
