Is it possible to get the Service and response time for each tickets, for the time it requested till its been solved
Right now its displayed and shows the response time for each department and Topics
How can I fix/setup this

There is no way to do so at this time unless you calculate the values manually. In your Ticket exports you can add a Create Date column as well as a Closed Date column and calculate the time that way.
