New to OSTicket. Does OSTicket have the option for a Windows task balloon notifications? Or will users need to log in to the browser system to find out they have tasks or solutions?

You can either enable email alerts that will get sent to the User's/Agent's configured email address or they will have to login to the portal to view updates.
